The Smaller the Better

Class Size Matters. We found schools offering labs with 16 and 24 students. It's just not possible to learn in that environment. Labs should be small enough that the students have direct help from the instructor.

Passion Matters

No amount of effort or training will overcome a lack of passion.
Put another way, a student that is passionate about learning, passionate about being part of the team and contributing to the art they love, will always win out over the student that doesn't have that passion, that drive to excel.

Education Should Be Accessible

We looked at the tuition at recording schools nationwide and couldn't understand the huge debt students were being asked to take on. We built our business model on two themes: Excellent Training and Low Tuition. Tuition low enough that it makes sense for students and parents to pay it privately, rather than take on student loans that will likely take 10 years or more to repay.
